"WOODSTOCK: BEHIND THE MYTH & THE MAGIC"
Broadcast date: 8-10-94
Host: Forrest Sawyer
Correspondent: John Donvan

With rememberances by:
David Crosby
Graham Nash
Stephen Stills
Roger Daltrey
Joe Cocker
Richie Havens
Carlos Santana
Country Joe McDonald
Loudon Wainwright III (sings "(Talkin)'Woodstock '94")

This is a special video.  Interviews with many perfomers, event
organizers, media people and attendees set against footage of
the original Woodstock festival provide a deeper understanding
of the event in 1969.  The stories and reflections offer
new insights - not just about the concert, but the role it
played in the culture of the 1960's and it's enduring impact
on our society today.  A lot of work went into this one, which
aired to coincide with the "Woodstock '94" event.
Excellent production values, great writing, beautifully
edited...a real gem.
